This nearly 2-hour workshop “Bring More Dynamics into Your Flow!” kicks off with a summery On-Body Hooping warm-up session.
 
You’ll learn a hoopdance combo/choreography step-by-step (to the song "La Isla Bonita" by Madonna). The focus of this workshop is on dynamics in hoopdance. Even without a dance background, you’ll be able to create impressive “wow” moments with minimal effort and simple techniques.
 
The entire combo/choreo (level: intermediate/advanced) is broken down into four parts, making it easy for you to learn at your own pace from the comfort of your home.
Not quite at the intermediate/advanced level yet? No worries – easier variations are explained and demonstrated in the video as well.
 
As a bonus, the recording also includes a short section on the chest roll (since this move is part of the combo). I’ll share and explain my top three tips for a smooth and successful chest roll!
 
In addition to the main focus on dynamic movement, you’ll also learn useful transitions, tips, and tricks to help you enhance your own flow.
 
What you’ll need for the workshop:
 
an off-body hula hoop of your choice
an on-body hula hoop of your choice (for the warm-up)
You should already be familiar with linear isolations and the shoulder wrap
